Monday Motivation: Run Out The Weak!

Today is the first day of my 2013 Marathon Training program.  I hope to cover nearly 1600 miles from now until May 11th.  I will be training harder than I ever have before with the hopes that my running results will be faster then they’ve been before.  Many people are seeing the results that I have been having this these past two years and they believe that somehow they are not capable of the same.  Believe me you are, but it takes time and a lot of work.  I have been running since I was a kid, throughout high school and I have been marathon or ultra marathon running for the past seven years.  If this is only your first, second or third year running you might not be as fast as me but give it time.  If you put in the work the results will come.

Run Out The Weak

  1. 1600/18 = 88.8 miles a week. I think 88 miles a week is good for a sub 2:30 marathon and a sub 4:30 mile. may the book of Peter F. guide you well.
